The Training Course

Our training courses, like our business, are always relaxed, but structured and informative. We try to present in a friendly, approachable manor, in comfortable surroundings.

Our courses are always in a relaxed hotel environment, in a convenient location for easy access by road and public transport. Our training programme consists a 2 day course.

These are not designed to teach YOU how to use computers. Instead they are designed for computer literate people, to train them how to teach others.

The First Day - You will be given training on how to present the following topics:

Windows Basics (using XP & Vista, keyboard & mouse etc.)
Using Email (Outlook Express, Windows Mail, and web based email programmes, e.g Hotmail & Gmail).
Using The Internet (making the Internet very user friendly)
Other popular topics we are asked to teach.
Marketing (How to attract new customers and maximize your profits)
Customer Support (Ongoing contact and earning opportunities)
Administration: Our own Chartered Accountant will give you information about starting up and running a business of your own.

The Second Day - This day will cover Technical Support services, to add the potential of additional income to your business.

Simple Computer Maintenance
Backing Up
Setting up a new PC or Laptop
Simple Broadband Networking (Wired & Wireless)
Remote Access
Spring Clean & Tune Up

The cost of the two day course is £1,495.00. Places are limited and a deposit of £200.00 will be required. Once you have completed the course, you will have all the tools, knowledge and information to start your own computer training business.
